All orders placed through IndiaShoppe’s online portal, are subject to the following Terms of Shipping and Delivery of your order. Please note that these Terms are subject to the Terms and Conditions, Policies etc. which every Distributor agrees to, during registration.
Commonly, orders get shipped within 2-3 business days from the warehouse, nearest to your delivery address. However, pick-up from the warehouse depends on the courier's availability.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as Courier-partner denial, declaration of Containment-zone/ State of Emergency etc., our customer care executive will inform the expected date of delivery.
Based on your delivery location, we ship the packages from the nearest warehouse via reliable courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, ECOM, DTDC etc.,
As soon as your order is packed and ready to be shipped, the tracking information gets updated and can be viewed from the Order page in your Profile. 3-7 business days after you receive the tracking information, the order gets delivered at the delivery location.
Free Delivery is applicable for online orders that are within our permissible delivery locations. However, based on the distance and cart weight, a nominal shipping fee shall be deducted from the wallet at the time of placing the order.
You will be able to make your purchase on our site from anywhere in the world using a credit/debit card issued in India. However, the Delivery address will have to be within India. Also, IndiaShoppe doesn’t do International Shipping, currently.
Distributors incur NO hidden charges, for placing orders on the IndiaShoppe portal. Prices listed on each product page are final and all-inclusive. The price on the product page is the amount due for the product(s) purchased.
There are chances where you probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for your order. Delivery times are influenced by your delivery location and the geographic location of the origin of the shipment. It also depends on other factors based on the Order size and the Courier partner's time-to-deliver at your destination location.
There are chances where you probably noticed that a few destination locations are not serviced, this depends on the following:
The courier partner might not service, as per state mandate.
It may be due to Legal restrictions in shipping to the zone or for the products for the destination location.
Unavailability of reliable courier partners to that delivery location.
We do take utmost care to get your orders delivered to you in ‘perfect’ condition. If the package delivered, is found to be damaged, kindly notify customercare@indiashoppe.com within 24 hours & share a video/ picture of the damaged package as part of processing the request for Return ie Replacement/ Refund.
Yes, you can avail Self-Pick-up for your orders from any of our outlets, nearest to you listed on the self-pickup page. Ensure that your orders are picked up within 2 business days of placing your order.
